Roscosmos plans to sell non-core assets worth 11.4 bln rubles in 2024

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Roscosmos plans to put non-core assets worth more than 11.4 billion rubles up for auction in 2024, and the funds will be used to improve the condition of its enterprises, the state corporation said on Wednesday.

"The plans are to put non-core assets (over 150 sites) worth more than 11.4 billion rubles up for sale in 2024," the statement says.

Funds from the sales will be used to improve the financial and economic condition of the corporation's enterprises, the statement said.

"Profit from sales of non-core assets in 2023 exceeded 6.5 billion rubles," the press service said.

Roscosmos said that non-core assets would be sold on trading platforms at current market value.

"Due to sanctions and the increase in domestic tourism, boarding houses, recreation centers and hotels are the most popular," the state corporation said.
