Nostrum Oil & Gas ordinary shares delisted from Astana International Exchange

ASTANA. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC plc has delisted its ordinary shares from Kazakhstan's Astana International Exchange (AIX).

The delisting of the ordinary shares from the Official List of the Astana International Exchange was completed on February 21, 2024, the company said in a press release.

The company's ordinary shares remain listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker NOG).

Nostrum said earlier that the listing on the AIX was required under the then-in-force security market regulations of Kazakhstan in connection with the restructuring of the company's debt, which was completed earlier in 2023.

Nostrum Oil & Gas is an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin.
