Russian cosmonaut Borisov to return to Earth from ISS on March 8

BERLIN. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The American company SpaceX's manned spacecraft Crew Dragon, with Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov on board, will return to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS) on March 8, European Space Agency astronaut Andreas Mogensen, a member of Crew-7, said.

"No earlier than 8 March 2024 will Jasmin, Satoshi, Konstantin, and I enter our Crew Dragon 'Endurance' and undock from the Space Station and splash down near the coast of Florida," Mogensen said on X.

Denmark's Mogensen was referring to his fellow crewmembers, NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli, JAXA astronaut Satoshi Furukawa, and Borisov, who all arrived at the ISS last August.

The next international crew, Crew-8, including Russian cosmonaut Alexander Grebyonkin, is due to arrive at the ISS aboard Crew Dragon on March 1.
