Ehrmann renames former Russian FrieslandCampina subsidiary as Ehrmann Stupino
MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Germany's Ehrmann dairy concern, which owns Ehrmann LLC and Campina LLC in Russia, has renamed the former Russian FrieslandCampina subsidiary as Ehrmann Stupino, according to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities.
Ehrmann became the owner of Russian FrieslandCampina in 2021. FrieslandCampina has been operating on the Russian market since 1992, when it began supplying Fruttis yoghurt to Russia. In 2000, the company opened a plant in Stupino, the Moscow Region.
Ehrmann has been operating on the Russian dairy market since 1994. In 2000, the company introduced its own production in the Ramensky District of the Moscow Region.
According to Ehrmann's financial report, revenue totaled 23.885 billion rubles in 2022 against 14.692 billion rubles in 2021, and net profit increased five-fold to 2.6 billion rubles from 499.2 million rubles, respectively. Campina reported that revenue decreased to 8.251 billion rubles in 2022 from 10.934 billion rubles in 2021, and net profit increased to 354 million rubles from 320 million rubles, respectively.
