Ukraine's Nova Post delivered 412 mln parcels in 2023

MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Nova Post (Nova Poshta), Ukraine's express delivery market leader and part of Nova Group, delivered 412 million parcels in 2023, which is 30% more than a year before, Ukrainian media have reported with reference to the company's statement.

The company also doubled the number of international parcel deliveries to 10.2 million in 2023. The number of orders from international online stores via the NP Shopping service grew 55% in 2023 year on year.

The average weight of a parcel delivered internationally by Nova Post in 2023 grew to 11 kilos from 1.3 kilos a year before.

The most popular countries from where Nova Post customers ordered goods are China, the United States, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The most popular online marketplaces from which Ukrainians ordered goods in 2023 were Aliexpress, Amazon, and iHerb.

As for domestic deliveries, Nova Post said its clients sent chiefly clothes, footwear, household goods, electronic appliances, health and beauty care goods, and tools.

Nova Post's outlets outside of Ukraine include those in Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Germany, the Czech Republic, Estonia Latvia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Italy.

In Ukraine, the company operates 11,460 outlets and 15,590 parcel lockers in over 10,000 communities.
