Kremlin denies possible use of Starlink terminals in Russia in absence of their certification

MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Starlink terminals have not been certified in Russia and therefore could not have been used in the country, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"Those systems are not certified here, and therefore they cannot be officially delivered here, and they have not been delivered here," Peskov told journalists on Monday.

"Hence, it [the system] cannot be used in any possible way," he said.

"We probably shouldn't interfere in the discussion between the Kiev regime and businessman [Elon] Musk," he said.

Western media reported earlier that Musk denied the sale of Starlink terminals to Russia.
