Ukrainian govt approves receiving second budget support grant from IBRD, IDA

MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government on Tuesday approved receiving the second budget support grant of $760 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA), Ukrainian media said, citing the government's representative to the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk.

"[The government] approved the receipt of the second budget support grant from the IBRD and IDA (which act as the administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund co-financing the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance Project and the administrator of the Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform Trust Fund) in the amount of $760 million as part of the sixth supplemental financing package for the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance Project," Melnichuk said on social media.
