MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin may deliver his address to the Federal Assembly between February 23 and March 8, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Journalists asked Peskov on Tuesday to confirm the respective report by Kommersant.

"We cannot rule this out," Peskov said.
