Delimobil IPO priced at upper end of price range, valuing co at 46.6 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - PJSC Carsharing Russia, which provides carsharing services under the Delimobil brand, placed its shares at 265 rubles each, the upper end of the announced price range, in its initial public offering on the Moscow Exchange , the company said in a press release.

The IPO raised 4.2 billion rubles, including stabilization shares. The stabilization mechanism provides for up to 15% of the offering.

Delimobil's market capitalization after the IPO will be 46.6 billion rubles, including the funds raised in the offering.

Trading of the company's shares will begin on the Moscow Exchange on February 7. The company's free float will be 9%.
