Putin's visit to Turkey being prepared for Feb - Kremlin aide

STRELNA. Jan 29 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey is being prepared to take place in February, with the main topic of talks being the Ukrainian issue, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.

"Yes, a visit is being prepared," Ushakov told reporters when asked by Interfax on Monday whether Putin's visit to Turkey is indeed being prepared for February.

"I can say that the Ukrainian topic will probably be one of the main subjects of the negotiations," he said, referring to the possible resumption of peace talks on Ukraine within the Istanbul format.
