Over 150,000 Ukrainian citizens enter Belarus since start of crisis

MINSK. Jan 26 (Interfax) - Nearly 152,000 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since February 24, 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.

"A total of 151,966 Ukrainian citizens have entered the Republic of Belarus from Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022, [including] 15,919 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 101,595 in transit via Poland, 29,876 via Lithuania, and 4,576 via Latvia," the committee said.

A total of 5,476 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus since the beginning of 2024.
