Kiev counts on Zelensky-Orban meeting

MOSCOW. Jan 22 (Interfax) - A meeting between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is possible, Ukrainian President's Office head Andrei Yermak.

"We are definitely moving towards a meeting between Zelensky and Orban. This will be the main task during my meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba and [Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter] Szijjarto in Uzhgorod on January 29," he said in his statement to the Ukrainian media.

"We agreed to spend as many hours as needed to discuss all the issues and come to an understanding when, where and with what potential agreements a meeting between the Ukrainian president and the Hungarian prime minister could take place," he said.

"Kuleba and I want to address the whole range of issues. We have a lot of them. Hungary is our neighbor. Hungary is a member of the EU and NATO. Therefore, we should talk and establish a constructive dialogue," he said.
