Truck traffic blockade on border with Romania lifted - Ukraine's border service

MOSCOW. Jan 19 (Interfax) - The blockade of truck traffic through the Vicovu de Sus crossing on Romania's border with Ukraine has been ended, Ukrainian media said, citing Ukraine's State Border Service.

"The blockade of truck traffic through the Vicovu de Sus border crossing, which is opposite the Ukrainian Krasnoilsk crossing, has been lifted. Passage of all transport vehicles is proceeding as usual," the State Border Service said on social media on Friday.

Only empty trucks are allowed to cross Ukraine's border with Romania via the Krasnoilsk checkpoint, it said.
