Vehicles of Romanian farmers block Halmeu-Dyakovo checkpoint - Kiev

MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - Romania reported the blocking of traffic in front of the Halmeu-Dyakovo border checkpoint by Romanian farmers' trucks in the morning of January 18, Ukrainian media said, citing the Ukrainian State Customs Service.

"Large agricultural vehicles are conducting the blockade. Outbound truck traffic from Ukraine is suspended to prevent the blocking of outbound cars. The blocking period is so far unknown," the service said on social media.

About ten trucks are waiting to leave Ukraine, and the line is made up to 607 vehicles. In all, 138 outbound vehicles and 105 inbound vehicles were cleared and let through over the past day.
