SFI shareholder moves from Cyprus to Russian special administrative region

MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - International limited liability company Lanbury was added to the registry of residents of the Oktyabrsky Island special administrative region (SAR) in the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad on January 15.

Prior to its redomiciliation, Lanbury Trading was registered in Cyprus. Lanbury owns 18.6% of SFI , formerly known as Safmar Financial Investments, according to the investment group's materials for 2022.

SFI is a public investment holding company that owns 100% of leasing company Europlan, 49% of insurer VSK, 51% of gaming service GFN.RU, as well as 11.2% of oil company Russneft and 10.4% of electronics retailer M.Video .
