Russian court upholds Gazprom's claim against Naftogaz of Ukraine to prohibit continuing proceedings in int'l arbitration

MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - The Arbitration Court of the City of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has upheld the claim of PJSC Gazprom against Naftogaz of Ukraine on prohibiting the continuance of proceedings in international arbitration, according to the report in the file on arbitration cases.

"The claim is upheld in full," according to the case file.

As reported, PJSC Gazprom filed a claim in December 2023 to prohibit Naftogaz of Ukraine from continuing the arbitration proceedings that Naftogaz had initiated.
