Kiev acknowledges social expenditures funded from external injections

MOSCOW. Jan 10 (Interfax) - There should be no problems with financing social expenditures in Ukraine, though one cannot rule out any scenario, Ukrainian First Deputy Minister of Social Policy Darya Marchak said.

"Absolutely everything is possible in this world [...]. We cannot rule out any scenario, but so far the basic scenario is that the money for social support will be sufficiently received on time, and there will be no problems with funding," Ukrainian media quoted her as saying during a national telethon on Wednesday. She thus responded to the question whether a situation is possible when social expenditures and the list of privileged population groups will have to be cut.

She acknowledged that Ukraine is in a situation when social expenditures are financed with the assistance of international partners.
