Russia, U.S. extend agreement on cross-flights to ISS through 2025 - Roscosmos

MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - Roscosmos and NASA have agreed to extend the agreement on cross-flights to the International Space Station (ISS) through 2025, Roscosmos said on Thursday.

"An agreement was reached with [our] U.S. partners in 2023 to extend cross-flights through 2025 in order to maintain the overall smooth operation of the ISS and to guarantee the presence of at least one Roscosmos representative in the Russian segment and at least one NASA representative in the U.S. segment," Roscosmos said in an end-of-year report.

Two supplementary agreements were signed in July and December 2023 regarding the Roscosmos-NASA understanding on the flights of joint crews on Russian and U.S. spacecraft.
