Russia's Pobeda Airlines to launch flights to Tashkent in April

MOSCOW. Dec 26 (Interfax) - Pobeda Airlines plans to launch flights from Moscow (Vnukovo) to Tashkent (Uzbekistan) on April 3 of next year.

Flights will be operated every day, a company spokesperson told reporters.

"This is a new route for the airline. Now Pobeda flies to Uzbekistan every day, to Samarkand," she said.

In addition to Uzbekistan, Pobeda's foreign route network includes flights to the UAE, Belarus, Turkey and Armenia.

Pobeda is a low-cost airline in the Aeroflot group . Based at Moscow airports Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo, the carrier's fleet consists of Boeing 737-800 with economy class-only cabins.
