Over 140,000 Ukrainians enter Belarus since Feb 24, 2022

MINSK. Dec 15 (Interfax) - More than 140,000 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since February 24, 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.

"A total of 140,946 Ukrainian citizens have entered the Republic of Belarus from Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022, [including] 15,914 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 94,281 in transit via Poland, 26,293 via Lithuania, and 4,458 via Latvia," the committee said.

A total of 66,242 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since the beginning of 2023, including 47,776 in transit via Poland, 16,143 via Lithuania, 2,299 via Latvia, and 24 via Ukraine, it said.
