Azerbaijan lags OPEC+ quota by 192,000 bpd in November

BAKU. Dec 14 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan produced 492,000 barrels of oil per day in November 2023 against 489,000 bpd in October 2023, the country's Energy Ministry told Interfax.

"Daily oil production with condensate in Azerbaijan totaled 609,000 barrels in November 2023 against 603,000 barrels in October, of which oil output totaled 492,000 barrels, and condensate output totaled 117,000 barrels," the Energy Ministry notes.

Azerbaijan's quota for oil production under the OPEC+ deal is 684,000 bpd until the end of 2023, thus the country was 139% in compliance with the deal in November, having lagged by 192,000 bpd in the month.
