Tajikistan, WFP sign memorandum of understanding

DUSHANBE. Dec 13 (Interfax) - A signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding between the Tajik government and the World Food Program (WFP) has taken place in Dushanbe, the Tajik Foreign Ministry said.

Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Mukhriddin and Adham Musallam, WFP representative in Dushanbe, signed the document.

"Reaffirming the parties' mutual commitment to implementing the WFP Country Strategic Plan for 2023-2026, the concluded agreement is intended to govern cooperation between relevant stakeholders involved in the Plan's implementation," the statement said.
