Ukraine's GDP grew 9.3% in Q3 - State Statistics Service

MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - Ukraine's real gross domestic product rose 9.3% year-on-year in Q3 2023 after growing 19.5% in Q2 and falling 10.5% in Q1 2023 and falling 31.4% in Q4 2022, Ukrainian media reported, citing preliminary data from the country's State Statistics Service.

Seasonally adjusted GDP rose 0.7% in Q3 compared with Q2.

Ukraine's GDP fell 29.1% in 2022, according to the State Statistics Service.

The National Bank of Ukraine at the end of October improved its forecast for Ukraine's GDP growth this year from 2.9% to 4.9%, and next year from 3.5% to 3.6%, but worsened the 2025 outlook from 6.8% to 6%.

The government has improved its GDP growth estimate for this year from 2.8% to 5% but worsened it for 2024 from 5% to 4.6%.
