Ukraine broadens sanctions against Russian citizens and companies

MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has enacted a National Security and Defense Council decision on new sanctions against Russian citizens and companies - the list contains more than 180 individuals and as many legal entities.

A Ukrainian presidential decree on the matter, dated December 7, was posted on the president's website, Ukrainian media reported.

The sanctioned individuals include Andrei Dovbnya, head of the interregional department of Rosfinmonitoring; Alexei Kunevich, chief designer of LLC NTC North-Western Laboratory; German Gutorov, executive director of Streit Group; Vyacheslav Varich, head of the Lugansk aircraft repair plant and other heads of enterprises related to the defense industry, in particular those working on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics.

The list of sanctioned enterprises was supplemented by companies associated with Russia's military-industrial complex, among them LLC Amitron Electronics; JSC Devices, Service, Trade (AO Pribory, Servis, Torgovlya); LLC Telecom and Microelectronics Industries; LLC Radio Component Supply (OOO Radiodetal Postavka); LLC Scientific Instruments and Systems (OOO Nauchnye Pribory I Sistemy); and LLC Electro C.
