During Putin's Mideast visit, parties reaffirmed OPEC+ agreements, agreed to continue interaction - Peskov

MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - During Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, the parties reaffirmed their agreements within the OPEC+ framework and agreed to continue interaction, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

Asked by journalists on Thursday whether the parties achieved any practical agreements during Putin's visit to the Middle East, Peskov replied, "Practical agreements had been achieved literally a week before at the OPEC+ level, and [...] those agreements have now been reaffirmed and reconfirmed."

"The parties highly praised mutual cooperation in attaining these agreements and agreed to continue interaction," Peskov said.
