Power Machines subsidiary becomes resident of special administrative region in Kaliningrad

KALININGRAD. Dec 6 (Interfax) - Setpower International Limited Liability Company has been included in the register of participants in the special administrative region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island, Kaliningrad Region, according to materials of the SAR management company.

Setpower ILLC is mainly involved in major investments in equity capital and venture investments, including through investment companies.

According to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE), the company was registered in Cyprus as Setpower Ltd. prior to redomiciliation. JSC Power Machines founded the company.

The Power Machines machinery-manufacturing concern produces and supplies equipment for hydroelectric power plants, thermal power plants, and nuclear power plants, as well as power plants with combined steam and gas cycles.
