Putin to visit UAE, Saudi Arabia - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay working visits to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on December 6, the Kremlin press service has reported.

"During negotiations with United Arab Emirates President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the parties plan to consider the state and prospects of continued development of Russian-Emirati multifaceted cooperation, as well as relevant international problems, with an emphasis placed on the state of affairs in the Middle Eastern region," it said.

While in Riyadh, Putin plans to meet with Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, it said.

"The parties intend to discuss issues pertaining to bilateral cooperation in the trade-economic and investment fields and various aspects of interaction in multilateral formats, and exchange opinions on items of the regional and international agenda," it said.
