Russia's consolidated budget sees surplus of 212.8 bln rubles in 10M 2023 - treasury department

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Russia's consolidated budget saw a surplus of 212.8 billion rubles in January-October 2023, according to the Federal Treasury's preliminary estimates, as posted in materials on its website.

The consolidated budget saw a deficit of around 1.037 trillion rubles in January-September 2023, meaning that the surplus totaled 1.25 trillion rubles in October.

Consolidated budget revenues totaled about 47.255 trillion rubles and expenses totaled around 47.042 trillion rubles in January-October.

The federal budget deficit totaled nearly 1.5 trillion rubles in 10M 2023, with federal budget revenues estimated at around 23.107 trillion rubles and expenses at about 24.157 trillion rubles.

The consolidated budgets of Russia's constituent entities saw a surplus of nearly 1.61 trillion rubles in January-October, with regional budget revenues of nearly 17.642 trillion rubles and expenses of 16.032 trillion rubles.

The budgets of state extra-budgetary funds saw a deficit of 487.8 billion rubles in 10M 2023, with revenues of nearly 13.051 trillion rubles and expenses of around 13.538 trillion rubles.

The budgets of territorial state extra-budgetary funds saw a surplus of 140.8 billion rubles, with revenues of about 2.451 trillion rubles and expenses of around 2.31 trillion rubles.
