Russian, Azerbaijani PMs discuss on phone bilateral cooperation, interaction within CIS
MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) -Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Thursday had a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ali Asadov, the Russian government's website says.
The two heads of government discussed "the current issues relating to Russian-Azerbaijani trade and economic cooperation," a statement on the Russian government's website says, adding that "special attention was paid to the intensification of interaction within the Commonwealth of Independent States."
During the conversation, Mishustin also congratulated Asadov on his birthday, it says.
