Ukrainian FM says receives assurances from partners that support for Kiev to be increased

MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said his foreign counterparts assured him following a NATO-Ukraine Council meeting that their countries would continue and even increase their support for Ukraine.

"Behind closed doors, I heard a categorical 'yes' to continuing and increasing support for Ukraine. Frankly speaking, it was even better today than I expected in this respect. My counterparts didn't just acknowledge some things, but they actually reiterated that the assistance will be continued and even increased," Ukrainian media quoted Kuleba as saying at the NATO headquarters following the first meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the level of foreign ministers on Wednesday.

Kuleba said his foreign counterparts made it clear that their countries and governments felt no fatigue from the Ukraine crisis.

"This was very important. They could've kept silent as well. This was one of the key points in the remarks that I heard," he said.
