SPB Exchange expects to receive OFAC permission to withdraw client assets - CEO
MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The SPB Exchange expects to receive OFAC permission to withdraw client assets and intends to return them in full, SPB Exchange General Director Evgeny Serdyukov said.
"We are working with a team of international lawyers - sanctions specialists. Together with them, we are developing several scenarios for unlocking client assets. Our main strategy is to interact with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We expect to agree on the procedure and obtain OFAC permission for the withdrawal assets," he said in a video message published by the exchange.
"We intend to return the assets in full," Serdyukov said.
