Founder of SDEK looking for buyer of controlling stake in company due to his emigration - newspaper

MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The founder, CEO and majority shareholder of logistics operator SDEK, Leonid Goldort, wants to sell his stake in the business due to his emigration to Israel, Vedomosti reported, citing sources.

Goldort, as of April 2023, owns 55.44% of SDEK Global LLC, the group's primary legal entity.

The remaining co-owners, Vyacheslav Piksayev, Inna Yakovleva, and Yevgeny Tsatsura, are not selling their shares, the publication says.

Among those who have expressed interest in the asset at various times are X5, Sovcombank, Tinkoff Bank, AFK Sistema, Qiwi , Russian Post, Sberbank, Delimobil, and Business Lines, the newspaper's sources said. A representative of Sovcombank denied this, while a source at AFK Sistema said that the holding is not negotiating to acquire the asset.
