VK negotiating to purchase Intickets.ru and Kassir.ru ticketing projects - media
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - VK is negotiating the purchase of a stake in ticket aggregator Kassir.ru, as well as Intickets.ru, a service for monitoring and managing the sale of tickets, Kommersant reported, citing sources.
The deal to acquire 100% of Intickets.ru may be closed before the end of 2023, while negotiations on the purchase of a stake in Kassir.ru are ongoing, the publication said.
VK and Kassir.ru declined to comment. Intickets co-founder and executive director Tatyana Kondratenko did not respond to the newspaper's request for information. A source close to VK told the publication that the holding is considering the possibility of "investing or purchasing assets available on the market."
According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Intickets LLC was registered in 2015. The company is 90% owned by Alexander Kondratenko, and 10% by Anna Subcheva. The company's revenue in 2022 totaled 342 million rubles, increasing 80% YoY. Net profit was 91.5 million rubles.
Kassir.ru - national ticket operator LLC was registered in 2007. The company's co-owners are Evgeny Finkelshtein (62.75%), Nadezhda Solovyova (12.25%) and Alfa Bank's parent company, AB Holding (25%). The company's 2022 revenue totaled 770.1 million rubles, net profit was 8.6 million rubles.
