Ukraine's DTEK company completes maintenance at most thermal power plant units scheduled for 2023

MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian private energy company DTEK Energo has completed the maintenance of the 21st thermal power plant unit scheduled for 2023.

"The power unit is operating at 80 MW now, and its load should be raised to 125 MW soon. This would increase the balancing capacity of thermal generation and enhance the power system's stability during electricity consumption peaks," Ukrainian media reported with reference to DTEK Energo's statement on Monday.

As reported, DTEK plans to invest about UAH 3.9 billion in maintenance and repairs at 27 of its power units in 2023.
