Ukraine quits CIS agreement on social, legal guarantees for service members
MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed a decree terminating Ukraine's participation in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) agreement on social and legal guarantees for Armed Forces personnel, persons dismissed from military service and their family members.
The corresponding decree, dated November 27, is available for viewing on the Ukrainian presidential website, Ukrainian media said.
