Armenian PM invites Azerbaijan to swap all of its prison convicts for captives

YEREVAN. Nov 24 (Interfax) - Armenia stands ready to swap all Azerbaijani citizens convicted and imprisoned in the country for all Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

"We have expressed our willingness to exchange Azerbaijanis convicted in Armenia for our captives [in Azerbaijan] on an all-for-all basis, making the issue exclusively humanitarian in nature," Pashinyan said while taking questions from Armenian citizens and diaspora members during a live call-in show on Friday.
