Putin to visit Minsk on Thurs to attend session of CSTO Collective Security Council

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Minsk on November 23 to attend a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Kremlin press service said.

"The agenda of the session includes key issues relating to interaction between CSTO members, including further improvements to the collective security system, as well as vital international and regional issues," it said.
