Expansion of Russian oil port infrastructure planned for 2026 will add 32 mln tonnes of capacity - Novak

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Russia is continuing to work on diversifying its oil transportation infrastructure in the eastern direction.

"To increase supplies to the east, the oil transshipment capacity at the port of Kozmino has been increased to 42 million tonnes. To further increase oil supplies in the Far East, by 2026 it is planned to expand port infrastructure at Kozmino as well as in the western ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga, and Novorossiysk by a total of 32 million tonnes," Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said in the Federation Council.
