Trust Bank increases stake in UWC to 93.6% from additional issue, company raises 26 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - PJSC United Wagon Company (UWC) research and production corporation has raised 25.95 billion rubles by placing around 2.79 billion shares as the result of implementing pre-emptive rights and over-the-counter placement of additional issues, UWC said in a statement.

Trust Bank acted as the anchor investor, purchasing company shares totaling 25 billion rubles. Trust Bank's share in UWC's capital rose to 93.6% from the additional issue.

Trust's share was 27.76% according to the latest disclosed data.
