Iraqi president arrives in Armenia on visit
YEREVAN. Nov 21 (Interfax) - Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid has arrived in Armenia.
Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan were at Yerevan's Zvartnots International Airport to meet the Iraqi president, the Armenpress Armenian News Agency said.
Latif Rashid is due to meet with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and parliament speaker Alen Simonyan, it said.
The Iraqi president traveled to Yerevan from the Azerbaijani capital Baku. During his visit to Azerbaijan, Latif Rashid met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
