Pashinyan discusses Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement with OSCE PA president

YEREVAN. Nov 17 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) President Pia Kauma have discussed a settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the Armenian prime minister's press service said.

"The meeting participants underscored the importance of continuing the peace process based on principles agreed upon at the trilateral meetings in Brussels on May 14 and July 15, 2023. They exchanged opinions on regional peace and stability, as well as other issues of mutual interest," it said.

Pashinyan stressed the fact that the OSCE PA would hold its session in Yerevan for the first time ever and said he expected productive discussions at it.

Kauma thanked Pashinyan for organizing and holding the session at a high level, adding that its participants would discuss processes ongoing both in the South Caucasus and on the international arena in general.
