Russian visa centers to close in France from Nov 24

MOSCOW. Nov 17 (Interfax) - Russian visa centers will close in France from November 24, the Russian embassy in Paris said on Friday.

"Please be informed that Russian visa centers in Paris, Marseille, Nice and Strasbourg will cease operations from November 24, 2023," the embassy said on Telegram.

From that day on, visa applicants should contact the consular department of the Russian embassy to France, the Russian consulate general in Strasbourg, the Russian consulate general in Marseille, or the Russian office in Villefranche-sur-Mer, it said.

The Russian embassy receives only those visa applicants who make their appointments on the embassy website, it said.
