CBRE Ukraine broadening presence into Moldova under CBRE Moldova brand

MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - CBRE Ukraine, an element of the affiliated network of the CBRE international company, is broadening its presence into Moldova under the CBRE Moldova brand.

Ukrainian media said, citing the press service for CBRE Ukraine, that the entry into the Moldovan market included cooperation with the largest national commercial bank MAIB and a world telecom brand through the provision of project management, technical consulting, and real estate management services.

"The expansion of our operations in Moldova is a significant step that meets CBRE's development strategy in Ukraine," said Radomir Turcan, managing partner of CBRE Ukraine and CBRE Moldova.

"We hope that the presence of the CBRE brand in the Moldovan market will not only benefit our company and our international clients, but will also contribute to the formation of a world-level segment of commercial real estate services in the local market. Based on our reputation as an expert, which we have gained over 15 years of work in Ukraine, we are well positioned to provide high-level solutions to both local and international clients in Moldova," he said.

CBRE, headquartered in Los Angeles in the United States, is the world's biggest commercial real estate consulting and investment company. It posted $30.8 billion revenue in 2022 and was listed among 500 largest companies of the world in the Fortune rating.

CBRE Group Inc. shares are traded at the New York Stock Exchange.

CBRE opened its office in Ukraine in January 2008 as an element of the affiliated network.
