Russian government raises quotas on exporting fertilizers by 2.2 mln tonnes until November 30
MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - The Russian government has raised the current quotas on exporting mineral fertilizers by 2.2 million tonnes until November 30, 2023, and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the corresponding decree on November 14.
The overall volume of export quotas from June 1 to November 30 should exceed 18.5 million tonnes.
The decision allows producers of mineral fertilizers to export unclaimed inventory of finished products, provided demand of the domestic market has been fully met, the government's press service notes.
