Putin signs order to appoint Deputy PM Overchuk as head of Russia's APEC summit delegation

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order on dispatching Russia's delegation, to be led by Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in San Francisco.

The delegation will work at the summit from November 13 to November 19, the document, which was published on the online database of legal information, said.

Putin also instructed the government to approve the composition of the Russian delegation to the APEC summit.
