Traffic of heavy vehicles limited on Ukrainian-Romanian border due to critical condition of bridge

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Vehicles of over 2.5 tonnes are not allowed crossing the Ukrainian-Romanian border through the Solotvino - Sighetu Marmatiei checkpoint due to a critical condition of a bridge, Ukrainian media said, citing the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service.

"Starting from 8 p.m. on November 12, 2023, traffic of vehicles of over 2.5 tonnes through the Solotvino - Sighetu Marmatiei checkpoint will be restricted. The reason for restrictions is the critical condition of a bridge connecting Ukraine and Romania," the service said on a social network.
