Yerevan's participation in CSTO summit in Nov still open question - Foreign Ministry

YEREVAN. Nov 9 (Interfax) - Armenia has yet to decide whether it will attend a summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Minsk in late November, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said.

"There is no final decision regarding our participation just yet. Theoretically, both participating and not participating are possible," Kostanyan told reporters on Thursday.

"There are no legal processes relating to Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO underway," he added.

Minsk will host a CSTO summit on November 23.
