Belarus to export 400,000 tonnes of potassium fertilizer to Iran - ambassador in Minsk

MINSK. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Belarus has concluded a contract with Iran to supply it with 400,000 tonnes of potassium fertilizer, Iranian Ambassador to Belarus Alireza Sanei said on Belarus's ONT state-run television channel on Monday.

"As for potassium fertilizer, I can note that we have a very good contract. We've agreed on supplies of 400,000 tonnes of potassium fertilizer from the Republic of Belarus," Sanei said.

"We've also agreed with the Belarusian side that we'll provide all of our resources to become a hub for other markets and third countries," he said.

The sum of the contract has not been made public.
