Russia's oil and fuel exports to drop over 300,000 bpd in Nov versus average figure in May-June 2023 - Energy Ministry

MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Russia's exports of oil and petroleum products will drop by more than 300,000 barrels per day in November compared to the average figure in May-June 2023, as chosen as the indicative level for the voluntary reduction in exports of oil and petroleum products, the Energy Ministry forecasts.

"The Russian Energy Ministry will formulate clarifications for export schedules for the fourth quarter of 2023 in accordance with this forecast," the ministry said in a statement.
