Henderson conducts IPO at upper boundary at 675 rubles/share, capitalization totals 27.3 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The offering price for Henderson's IPO was 675 rubles per share, the retailer said in a press release.
This is the upper boundary of the preliminary price range of 600-675 rubles per share announced on October 25.
Trading is expected to begin on November 2 on the Moscow Exchange under the HNFG ticker.
Capitalization of the entire company is 27.3 billion rubles based on the placement price.
The company is placing new shares totaling 3 billion rubles as part of the IPO. The founding shareholder, Ruben Arutyunyan, is selling a small part of his stake for 300 million rubles. Arutyunyan has also provided shares totaling 495 million rubles, or 15% of the base IPO volume, for possible stabilization in secondary trading within 30 days following the start.
The company's free float following the IPO will be 13.9%.
Henderson , whose operating company is Tami and Co. LLC, is developing its chain of men's clothing stores and online sales through company-owned stores and marketplaces. Ruben Arutyunyan is the company's primary beneficiary.
